The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a motivating atmosphere, but what impressed me the most was the dedication and professionalism of the gym trainer. They're not just knowledgeable, but genuinely passionate about helping you reach your goals. Every session is well-planned, challenging, and tailored to my progress. They take the time to correct form, motivate you when you're struggling, and celebrate your wins--big or small. Thanks to their guidance, I've already started seeing amazing results. Gym's environment is all good. Good enough machines to get your job done. But the behaviour of the receptionist is unacceptable, no professionalism at all. This is the only thing that has affected the experience of mine and my friends.
