Very welcoming environment, trainers are well mannered and always eager to help us gain our fitness goals... Good quality equipments, very hygienic. They also provide lockers to keep your valuables safe while you workout without worries... the treadmills have internet connection also so that you can walk or run while watching your favourite movies or videos, trainers are always available, the group classes are also very engaging. All and all an all rounder fitness spot. Either you are trying to gain muscle or just want to add a fitness to your life, this gym is the one for you.

Not recommended to join.
Declining quality of equipment; no one to really maintain the quality of the hardware. Deadlift rods and plates are lying everywhere; things are neither re-racked by staff nor do they tell any of the guests to do so. Almost all strength training attachments are broken. Cable machines are literally falling apart. Most of the cushion upholstery is disintegrating. Constantly firing old staff; hard to maintain PT with same trainer. No ventilation, gym stinks during peak hours. And too much rush during peak. Also washrooms are very unhygienic. Once a good gym, now there's so much going wrong that it's hard to even mention everything.
It's tough to say whether management is oblivious or just unbothered.

Great gym, trainers are very friendly and have helped me a lot on my fitness journey. I have joined other gyms in past but the staff here is the best I have seen. Behaviour of receptionist is also very polite towards everyone. Hygiene is also taken care of throughout the day with dedicated staff for the same. The gym spans across three floors with separate floors for cardio and strength training. Locker facility is also available. Overall, it's worth the price.
