I recently joined the gym. I was really looking forward to work out under guidance. I must say I really like the way the Trainer trains us daily. 6 days of working out and 1 day relief really helps the body. They also provide us with customized diet chart. All over, I really like the Gym and best part is everyone here is ladies.
The gym atmosphere is really amazing and our trainer super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really love how they personally guide me. Friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the gym doors and always feel amazing when I leave. Highly Recommended!!!
