I would highly recommend trying it out whether beginner or regular to exercise. All the trainers are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere feels warm and friendly.

Even the gym don't deserve a one star,, such a very worst gym,, better to do workout in own house, no fan, ac working,, no proper wash room, drinking water,, no proper trainer,, only high charges,,, many of my friends are there and all are saying the same things
