My Review: After visiting nearly 10 to 12 gyms from Jaydev vihar to Patia, I finalized and joined Bharat fitness den some 45 days ago. This was the only gym where I felt the vibe hit me differently. It has an encouraging, motivating and passionate environment which lacked elsewhere. The co-founder Mr Sagar Hota came across as a motivating, passionate entrepreneur, I guess my first conversation with him convinced me to join here. They are marketing well without being too pushy unlike other gyms where focus is only on money making, which turns me off. They have dedicated zumba and yoga classes both in morning and evening. They have two floors, one dedicated to leg workouts and another for upper body. They have several trainers for beginners as well as for personal training. I would like to thank personally few trainers who immensely helped me in these 45 days, due to which am motivated to visit the gym consistently as of now. I am not in that disciplined mode as of now , so trainers are helping me in staying consistent. I am thankful to Soumya sir, Pratyush sir, Ashish sir, Biraja sir and Rinku sir, they are patient and I am learning everyday something new from them. Special thanks to Yoga instructor Mr Ashish, he is an incredible teacher and I have personally been able to do so many asanas now which I had not thought of doing even in my dreams . My Achievement: 45 days ago when I had joined, I was 48.6 kgs with swollen painful legs due to lipedema which I suffer from. I have been going through clinical depression and I felt my brain fog has reduced immensely and I am no more feeling hopeless like before after joining here. Regular exercises with yoga has increased my stamina, flexibility to great extent. I am able to sleep at night without disturbance, my Insomnia is under control. I lost 5.4 kgs weight, mostly the excess water weight due to lipedema has gone down. My legs don't feel swollen like before, they feel stronger My Suggestion: Hope they start crossfit and kickboxing classes once a week. I wish they share more knowledge on nutrition and supplements for beginners. I understand, it might come under personal training, but 1 monthly session of knowledge sharing won't hurt . They can have separate classes for proper zumba which even beginners like me can follow, as I am not good at following bollywood steps, I skip zumba classes as of now. If you enjoy bollywood dancing, you will love the current zumba sessions. My Recommendation: They always have some or other offers going on for women and students, gym fees are damn affordable if you opt for yearly. Definitely check this gym out guys, I highly recommend this gym for both beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts. My Rating: 4.75 out of 5
