By far the best facility around. This location is mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself.
I train here about 4-5 times a week and have not been disappointed. Their trainers are great - technical and motivating. It's run with a lot of heart. A very focused and high energy space! Love the personal attention they give to your diet and workout. You won't get bored with the workouts. They'll make sure of that.
A special shout-out to Avinash Sir for all his efforts into training me and helping me achieve my fitness goals. Thank you for pushing me everyday and making sure I do my best.
