This is one of the best decisions I've made in my life to join this class. This gives me an opportunity to learn the yoga. It's really reliving n I feel relaxed n fresh after yoga. I feel very happy and satisfied to have joined this class and have met many lovely people here, including the all sir and my classmates who are also my friends now. All the sir in AK yoga studio are very professional and patient to share their knowledge and experience.He gives personal attention n I have a good learning of basic yoga, stretching ,poses, Surya namaskar etc. Hope I will also be a good yoga teacher one day!

It is a wonderful experience for me. I really want to thank the efforts and assistance of all sir throughout the workout, they are very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about exercise. I am a beginner level student of yoga, I have still learnt about all yoga postures, I have also received guidance and inspiration from sir how I can work towards my body flexibility and my goal. All the teachers are very knowledgeable and patient. They always encourage students to ask questions when in doubt and then they will explain every details to us. and also Zumba is fun for all, Thanks for all the sir for giving me this unforgettable yoga and exercise and my fev. step aerobics journey in the past 1 year .and all teachers put heart in their work and connect with students to pass on the content to be delivered. Teachers add value to a student's life by imparting content to develop their ability of thinking on a daily basis.
I would definitely recommend this course to all if you wanted to take your yoga , cardio, zumba and also step board work out journey to the next level.
