One of the best gyms in Balasore. I am new to this gym but believe me all the people are very cooperative and polite. They have all the equipments at their gym. Best part is that the it is at the terrace. You will definitely enjoy work out there with nature beauty. People with different ages are coming here. Everyone is so friendly and cheerful that you will get motivated. I am really thankful to Mr. Manoj Das who has been teaching me all the techniques since starting. He is indeed a great tutor and a great person. I would recommend you to join this gym.

Amazing experience, having a blast and a lot of fun, not only the physical but the mental health has also been boosted, both the trainer and the trainees are very friendly and supportive they are always there for your ups and downs and your highs and lows,(I remember when I first join the gym I was something about 113 kgs but now I am just about 80 kgs ;all thanks to the trainer who helps me in loosing weight and my fellow trainees from whom I always got an good motivation for being in shape.)not only a gym for me it's more like my family, 24 hrs in a day but I like the 2 hrs the most which when I was in this gym.

Age is a just a no in STAY FIT gym that I have proved in the Gym. Best environment for Bodybuilding, Yoga, Aerobics. Tutu Sir is the best teacher in Balasore city.
