We are your local yoga studio in Te Aro, who offer yoga for beginners. Alongside our yoga, we offer our pilates studio and art gallery! A mix of incredible art by Tim Christie and/or yoga with his wife Katie. I had the most incredible experience moving my body with my friends and the YOGALLERY team. Being surrounded by Tim's art makes the experience even more enjoyable and unique.
As latecomers to yoga, my wife and I are now dedicated to the practice. There is no doubt our health and wellbeing has improved - both physical and mental. Katie and her team of instructors make you so welcome, no matter what your level. As one instructor says: 'It doesn't matter how you look in your pose/shape, it's how you feel'. And that feeling gradually makes you want to practise more.
I love this studio. NowYoga is friendly, the team are wonderful and the yoga teachers are brilliant. Being surrounded by Tim's amazing art adds a special dimension. It's by far the best studio in Wellington in my opinion!
