What a vibe, our first time at Urban fitness taking on the Hyrox Sim, the team made us feel so welcome. Members were giving us encouragement as we changed stations which is nice when we don't know them!! Great vibe and looking forward to coming back.
Totally friendly place, met everyone. All the equipent I needed. Was able to coordinate my workouts with program and class schedules. Great location, with us staying on Tory and Courtney Place, spent quality time with Roo...and I got to work out with our Son Anton ! BWTM...great music playlist
Urban team has helped me and been very patient considering my previous knowledge of gyms was limited. After 4 years (my longest gym membership ever) I have come a long way physically in that time and can now enjoy challenging our adult kids, sking, biking tramping etc. The diversity of the network at the gym has also inspired me to attend and I can say with hand on my heart that Mike the owner and the instructors have been a pleasure to work with. Where to start... Urban fitness has been amazing for both my mental and physical state. Mike and his team have managed to secure amazingly talented staff and coaches. From one on one PT sessions to teach you form, technique and push you in the right direction to not only set your goals but also achieve them. The coaches and group classes are another level, the camaraderie, encouragement and support from everyone in the classes is amazing, making each session loads of fun.
