Equipment is just uncomfortable and worn out, needs better upkeep with paddings cracking. Equipment goes missing but aren't replaced, just get told this or that "went missing ages ago" but they never thought to replace it. Machine options are not the greatest, but it is a small gym so space is limited for more. Plus side it is kept well clean and the staff members are friendly.
Great little gym. Staff always friendly and helpful, it's very clean and all the equipment you can think of. Also offer day passes which is perfect for me.

After a year and a half I can thoroughly say this gym is one of the best. If you're someone like me who was hardly active and afraid of the public - being a big guy and all - leave it at the door when you attend here. Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful and pumped to see even the most unfit of individuals go in to make a change. If I could take the gym and all the wonderful people with me to my new province, I would.
