Would rather fight the homeless than go to this gym. They'll take your payment and disable your access to the gym. Claiming your payment is over due.... I only joined and paid 5 days ago. Gym gear is noticeable worn, at best. But the most rememberable thing had to be the loud lights and bright music, 10/10 would get my groceries from here
Great little gym with all the equipment you need for a good workout. Free weights, machines, cardio equipment, boxing bags. The front desk is super friendly and the PTs are lovely.
Great 24x7 Gym in the heart of Wellington's CBD. Personal Trainer experience excellent. Gym is always clean & spotless with well laid out equipment in excellent condition. Bathrooms & Toilets always spotless. Good range of equipment to suit all needs. Gets a bit crowded early evening on week nights but never to the point of not being able to access equipment - just a function of popularity. Good C-19 precautions and policy - staff always friendly and helpful. I personally use the weekly DD arrangement and find the rate very cost effective, competitive and nil hassle. My wife and son also are members and we enjoy early morning sessions with a few early evening trainer sessions a week. Easy parking outside out of normal business hours. Access fob works for any Jetts Gym in NZ which we use to advantage on business trips and holidays outside of Wellington. All in all a great gym that we are very pleased to be members of.
Me and my friends wanted to join and called up today to enquire around 1pm. The lady was soo rude on the phone didn't even say goodbye or thanks an just hanged up on us. Her tone was rude and kept using phrases like "like i said " and "let me talk okay" when we were and only asking questions..and because of that me and my 4 friends decided to call city fitness and the lady was so lovely on the phone and we felt comfortable so we all joined with them instead! Customer service makes a huge difference especially when people are wanting to join a gym to feel more confident and that vibe just was not it!.
Hey guys, I recently became a Jetts member at the Cuba Street Wellington facility. It has been a really positive experience working with Isobel and Dorothy to become a member.
