Foundation is not like other gyms, it's so much more! The staff are knowledgeable and welcoming and the small group training provides the perfect balance between Personal Training and a team culture / mentality. They team at Foundation have created a real community, with events and optional challenges that span all members - it's great fun, and everyone supports each other. They offer advice, support and guidance on overall health and wellbeing, stress management, mental health, breathwork as well as what you do on the gym floor, and how you manage your nutrition. While I've always played a lot of sport, I wasn't a gym bunny before joining Foundation, now I wouldn't give it up for anything!
