Flex Te Aro is the real deal. From the moment you walk in, it just feels good. The layout, the vibe, the energy - it's all spot on.The space is beautifully put together, with wall to wall Technogym and a real sense of community. Massive shoutout to Will and Liv -- not only are they fantastic operators, they're also just genuinely awesome humans. They've created something special here. You can feel the pride and care they've put into every corner of the gym. If you live in Wellington or are just passing through, this place is a must visit. One of the cleanest, most welcoming clubs I've stepped foot in and I have seen a few!!!

This is a premium gym with high end Technogym equipment, and great floor layout with different functional rooms/areas. Definitely one of the best gyms in Wellington and absolutely worth checking out. A great alternative to Les Mills if classes aren't your jam.

Really fantastic gym, always clean and the equipment is new and flash and kept well maintained. Super friendly staff, really helpful if you need instructions for anything. Highly recommend, I was a member for just over 2 years, took part in some fun challenges while there and learnt a lot from Liv.

Flex Fitness Te Aro is an amazing place to start/continue one's fitness journey. Will and Liv have elegantly fostered a fitness environment that centres around togetherness and homeliness, in contrast to other gyms wherein everything is more "mechanical" in nature. The equipment is top-tier, the cleanliness is outstanding, and the staff are always ready to support at a moment's notice.
