Excellent place to work out, with a wide range on offer incl. PT sessions, Boxfit training, group classes etc. Also have a great After school care and holiday programme on offer. The studio have expanded with what they offer.They also have yoga classes, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and it runs Dynamic Taekwondo training classes.

David Mischefski - owes Auckland Martial Arts Supplies money - he is definitely not a reputable martial arts instructor - I would be very wary of dealing with someone who refuses to pay for equipment he took and NEVER PAID for - that is THEFT in my book.
