FFC Fitness & Pickleball (Fountain Fitness Center)

I am truly grateful to be a member of Fountain Fitness. This facility stands out as one of the most exceptional gyms I've ever joined. Tucked away in Ramsey, it genuinely feels like a hidden gem for anyone serious about their fitness journey. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted warmly by the front desk staff whom are always professional, courteous, and often addressing members by name, which adds a personal and welcoming touch. The facility itself is immaculate, consistently maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. What sets Fountain Fitness apart is its sense of community. Both staff and fellow members are friendly and encouraging. Seema, in particular, has been instrumental in making my experience outstanding. She regularly engages with members, offering expert guidance, helpful tips, and genuine support. Her knowledge and passion for fitness are evident and deeply appreciated. The group fitness classes are a major highlight as they offer incredible value and variety, making the membership more than worthwhile. Having previously been a member of several national chains, including Orangetheory and Life Time, I can confidently say that the classes here rival, and often surpass, those experiences. The equipment is brand new, well-maintained, and readily available. The overall environment at Fountain Fitness is unmatched. It feels more like a supportive community than just a gym. The pool and court facilities further expand the options for members interested in diversifying their cardio or recovery routines. I highly recommend Fountain Fitness to anyone pursuing their health and wellness goals. This gym not only delivers in terms of quality and service but also creates a truly welcoming and motivating atmosphere. I'm proud to be a part of this gym and encourage others to visit and see for themselves what makes this place so special.

Attended an open pickleball session. Courts were nice and there were a good amount of people to play with. Slightly disorganized as the open play is run by players instead of the facility, but got a good amount of games in and had fun.

I rarely leave reviews, however, I had such a horrible experience at this gym that I absolutely must. I joined the gym to just do exercising in their pool. That came with many obstacles. The pool is very small and dated but I knew that going in. There was more time that pool was blocked off for swimming due to lessons, parties, camp, group activities, etc..then originally explained. They allowed family swim time during the open swim and that was chaotic too. The management is not the greatest and honestly this gym is suffering. They are building indoor pickeball courts and I dont think their too concerned with other areas of the gym. The locker rooms are horrific and the gym needs an overhaul. Please read all the reviews, they are not great. There are Other gyms out there that are just as inexpensive and do a much better job.

Used to be a great Gym to work out but not so nice any more after they decided to cramp the workout space on a dark room with no windows as they expand their Pickleball space while continuing to charge a premium vs other gyms in the area. The administration stops being nice after selling a membership and then quick to remind you of the contract terms when they changed the facilities you initially joined and the hassles of working out on a construction environment.

The facility and pool have been closed off during the day for camp... Parking and pool hours are limited. The indoor pool area is kept at a humid 86 degrees! I have asthma, so I wouldn't use it even if I had access. The place has been under construction for months now. There's been broken glass out in the parking lot... You have to walk through the pickleball construction area to get to the weights and machines. Gym area is actually small and the rest of the facility is rented to other businesses. Much of the equipment is falling apart because they were recently put together but bolts were not tightened enough. Found loose bolts throughout. There are no clocks, despite many members constantly asking for one. There has been one working dirty water fountain for the entire building. I need water to work out lol I have pictures and I could go on and on, but you get the message. Don't go there lol

I tried to get a membership here to finally start my weight loss journey but they did not allow me to do so. They offered me way higher rates than my friend pays for his membership and after I pointed that out they asked me to leave and I was escorted out by security. Another client outside asked me what happened and after I told him the story he mentioned that they have been racist to him in the past. It's sad to see such a fine establishment ran so poorly by rude individuals. Both me and my friend will not be attending this gym ever again.

I have two children- a toddler and a 3 year old- and the Toddler Turf Time is amazing! It's 9-12 Monday through Friday, and the amount of things to do on this turf is incredible! We started with masks, but took them off because the place is so spacious; we are nowhere near other people! There are: balls, goal posts, hula hoops, a balance beam, gym mats, cones, squishy dice, cornhole, and so much more!! I cannot recommend this place enough for gross motor time for the little ones!

My brother and i go here on a regular basis. And we're kicked out and band cuz my brother was waring moccasins mean while There is a guy with no shoes on working out 20ft away... we will no longer be contributing to this business and suggest to stay away
