Amazing yoga teachers with 2 locations and many classes each day. Every instructor is supportive and will help you develop your practice. I had not done yoga in nearly 40 years and was completely out of shape and feeling stressed. In six months at yoga synthesis I have dramatically improved my health and my spirits. I strongly recommend for newcomers and experienced.

Yoga Synthesis is just the type of yoga studio I was looking for. Everyone is down to earth, the instructors are masters, yet approachable, the classes are well attended, but not too crowded, and the courses are offered at consistent times that I can actually make! I've gone to many places, never really happy with something or other, Yoga Synthesis has kept me there for 3 years now and I will continue to go back. Plus their package deals make it economical and also offer a great incentive to get me there!
