best workouts in the area! very challenging but staff modifies if you have limitations. all instructors are super knowledgeable and the owner and wife are top notch!! give them a try!!

I have been "going to the gym" on and off since I was 16 with limited results. I'm now "over 40." I started going to Donofrio Fitness in February. Over six month I lost nearly 30lbs, built my physique and my confidence. This is the first gym that has really worked for me. Mike is great. The community is excellent and really open and accepting to new members of all abilities. Mike changed the trajectory of my life. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

If you want to get into shape, it's almost guaranteed you will if you're consistent at Donofrio. Mike is a true professional and always works to see his clients improve. He actually cares about us when he asks about our goals and develops a plan to get there. The facility itself is always clean and plenty of space for many people to work out. Mike also always seems to be adding more equipment and tools for us to use. I'd much rather work out here than any traditional gym since the trainers are attentive to you, but it's good for all fitness levels of people; from beginners to average to advanced athlete. I've been here for a little under a year and plan to stay here for a long time. 10/10, worth the monthly cost (6 month commitment is what I'm doing so I didn't cheat myself out). Highly recommend.

AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! I've been going to Donofrio Fitness for over a year now and it has been life changing. If you enjoy group classes, this is the place to be! I train here about 3-4 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. Michael holds a variety of classes that are different each day and challenges us to work to our full potential. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape!!

Donofrio Fitness is a great gym. The classes are awesome! They are always different, fun and HARD! It never gets easy, but in the best way possible. Mike is a great motivator and trainer. Sue, Sean, and Warren lead classes that are just as good as Mike's classes. Besides being a great gym with fantastic classes, the members are the best in Bergen County! Try it. You will not be disappointed!

I have been going to Donofrio Fitness for 3 years. Hands down THE BEST GYM. There is a variety of classes and personal training, you will be in the best shape and most importantly feel great. Mike is an awesome trainer, he is always changing up the classes, never boring, and high intensity. Come and start your day with an awesome workout, you won't regret it!

Found this GEM through google !! Signed up for a class and was so nervous to attend !! So glad I did !! The energy was high, The instructor Sean was super high energy the song selection was Super motivating! Everybody was super friendly, warm and welcoming.. The owner Also took time to say hello! I can't wait for another class im already hooked ! The owners mother was my partner in class and she was helpful and kind! Definitely recommend this GEM of a fitness center !

Such a welcoming place with a workout that makes it worth it - I live out of town, but always try to make it here when I'm in the area. Thanks for the great workouts and community!
