This gym have good environment for workout. Specifically the personal training is good as the treaner is very friendly and attentive and eager to help .I recommend all to give this gym a chance as the price is affordable and reasonable compare to Hardik. Would recommend to all
Been going here for 3 weeks now and it has been a pleasant experience. It is not overcrowded and has ample services. The trainer, Arun ji is very professional and motivating us to challenge ourselves. The place is also easily accessible. Parking is available too and has a small cafe for drinks if you want to relax a bit after your session.
Decent gym, fairly well maintained. Quite small. Time is wrong - it closes 8pm, and sometimes will close as early as 7.30pm, this happened even on a day when I called ahead to come by for a quick late workout before it closed at 8
Passing through Kathmandu for a few months and needed a gym. Very clean and everything works. Nice staff and during the day I was often alone which was very nice. No classes. I missed a few more dumbbells with lower weights but that's all. Centrally located in Lalitpur and I recommend this gym to anyone.
