This is a real gym filled with local guys who are actually working out. A wide variety of decent and well-maintained equipment. Very quiet during the day, but picks up late afternoon. The monthly rate is about one-third that of a glitzier gym half a block away, which I also checked out. I wanted the "local experience" during a two-month stay in Patan. This definitely offers it. You've got to climb five flights of stairs to get to Proton. The stairwell is not well lit, but it feels very safe. Owner speaks English. Definitely recommended.

As per my experience proton Gym center is Morden and we can do everything for fitness. If you like to take personal trainer,proton can provide with high-class training with excellent diets guidelines. Appreciate proton.

Nice space (looks like ballet or yoga studio, with mirrors, wood flooring, lots of natural light from windows). Relaxed vibe and nice people you come in and can work at your pace, without being disturbed.
