Maitri yog studio

Maitri Yog Studio is an amazing facility that we are glad to have in our Bhaisepati community. I had been a regular gym-goer for 15 years, and one day, while passing by the bank, my eyes caught sight of the yoga studio upstairs. I decided to take a trial class after consulting with the in-charge there. Guess what -- the trial class gave me a fantastic experience! I got used to it quickly and eventually stopped going to the gym. Instead, I have been taking yoga lessons regularly. I can feel a drastic improvement in my body flexibility, relaxation, and spirituality. The instructors focus not only on physical fitness but also on mental well-being and spiritual growth. They are super talented and friendly, ensuring that everyone has an excellent experience at their facility. Thanks indeed! Strongly Recommended !!

It was a great experience for me. I just went for a month for the practice but in short period of time i felt so good. Clam relaxed and i also recover from my back ache. Its a great place for practice. Instructors are experienced kind and gentle as they justify the Name of studio Maitri. environment is so claming you can experience it when you enter the hall.
