5/5 gym. A very friendly environment where everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Do not be intimidated with the big looking dudes in the morning session. They are more than happy to help newcomers on their fitness journey especially Mr Suman KC. He's the one in-charge of handling the morning session. I've seen a lot of so called "trainers" around the neighborhood gyms' and I can say confidently that Mr Suman is very helpful and mindful towards newcomers and regular customers alike. So please do not be afraid to reach out to him. Will definitely recommend this gym to anyone who's new or is an advanced lifter as the gym has accommodation for Both.
