I have been going to this gym for a month now, and overall, I'm very satisfied. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and usually not crowded, which makes for a pleasant workout experience. They have a variety of equipment for both strength training and cardio, and I usually don't have to wait to use anything. The gym is divided into two floors: the 5th floor, which houses the reception and main gym area, and the 6th floor, which has the cardio space and spacious, clean changing rooms. The lockers are larger than what I've encountered at other gyms, and the showers offer both hot and cold water, which is great. The gym opens from 5 AM to 9 PM from Sunday to Friday, and on Saturday, it's open from 6 AM to 12 PM, which is convenient for different schedules. The gym is well air-conditioned, creating a comfortable environment for workouts. While the membership is on the pricier side, I believe the quality of service and facilities makes it somewhat worth it. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and friendly place to work out.

Easily the best gym in Lalitpur. It's clean, modern, well equipped, and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you train during off peak times you can have the entire gym to yourself which is a boon. I am yet to see another gym of this quality anywhere in the Kathmandu Valley. I'll definitely be back to train on my next visit to Nepal.

Probably one of the finest gyms in ktm. The gym is very clean and equipped. If cleanliness and sanitation is your thing this place is ideal. This gym is also temperature controlled, which is a charm during the the Kathmandu winters. Slightly more expensive than the local gyms in the city, but I guess what you pay is what you get.
