its same regular vishal mega mart with budget items. They have a huge variety plus discount. Though management could be better. All the aisle are occupied by empty carton or surplus items to be kept in waste or store room. Its very difficult to navigate through those congested aisles. Management and employees to work more. The lady at the billing counter need rigorous training in customer service. She told to wait as she is talking to her colleague and her tone was very rude. Whenever she ask for information from customer, it's at a commanding tone. Her attitude is buy or leave and she doesn't care whether the customer buy the product or not.

I went to vishal mega mart today... There is no lift i was at third floor with fully loaded grocery and glass item i was asking for help no one is there... Some staff are useless and some are helpful... I have asked where is the manager no one knows.. I have seen many vishal mega mart closed due to miss management and poor availability... Atleast brief your staff stnad properly at aloted section.... Thank you for today

It is one of the best market in dimapur Nagaland . Everything is fantastic in this market and i love the brand quality of this market which available in cheap price .And i really respect the employees of this market due to their customer satisfaction, innovation and welcome.i really enjoy shopping in this market and i wanna visit again with my family to this market

Yesterday I went for a shopping but I was about to doss off because of intense heat and humidity, standing on que with no air conditioners nor proper functioning fan, I ask 1 of the employee to please turn on the fan but I got to know that the fan is not working since from past few months and I was like dang being one of the oldest shopping mall doesn't even have proper functioning Air conditioners or fan and I can feel for the persons who stand whole day billing and doing their work and with that intense heat and i got to know by myself that the management is not good in Vishal they're not taking care of their employees nor about the customers it was really a bad experience I went back home all wet because of sweat so I request the manager to kindly look into the matter if not soon I'm going to report this to media. Thankyou

Those Cashers needs more training. They don't even know the offers even after scanning the products or clothes. Really needs to be trained.
