Selling old stock materials and the proprietor have no responsibility for the goods whether it damages within a day or week. And if we complain about the material they will act as if it was our fault to buy it. Cheap and selfish business ethics.

It was so disappointed that kin enterprise nagarjan I just went thr to exchange my items..but there staff one is bsy in phone n other evn didn't response whn I was talking to her...this feels like they r too irresponsible in work..I just personally mention there shop name so tht there owner take some action and make them realize that at work place 1st priority should be their work... Thank you....

Terrible experience. The woman working there was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. If they want their business to do well, they seriously need to fire her.

Trusted decathlon for years but this small shop has downgraded the entire brand.
