A regular customer of this store. Cordial, professional staff and stellar service.
However it's absolutely appalling that this store is still yet to repair the Air conditioning. The store is without air conditioning for the past several weeks. Horrible working conditions in this 34 degrees Dimapur Summer heat which feels like 40 something degrees. Management should intervene immediately and resolve the issue. How can staffs work in this conditions! Absolutely nightmarish. Dehydration and heat stroke is a huge risk. No one can be paid enough to work in treacherous conditions like this. Sweated like a pig for the minutes I was inside. Can't imagine the staffs' situation for the past several weeks. Immediately resolve please, Jockey Dimapur. The staffs deserve better treatment.

It is so unfortunate to bring to your notice that Dimapur being the hottest district in Nagaland state. There is lack of facilities in your store. As your store doesn't provide AC to make the customer feel comfortable. Remember it is 38 degree here and customers won't come without AC. So kindly provide AC.

Being one of the best showroom in middle of town ..The showroom doesn't have any cooling facilities... In such hot weather one cannot shop in peace coz of heat room temperature n no cooling . Kindly provide AC to the store den only customers can comfortably do shopping.
