Breakfast is Ala cart else famous clean hotel with huge rooms , bathroom , very quiet , good quality food with lounge bar and superb laundry. House keeping staffs are Brilliant.

The hotel building from outside might make you doubt a bit but believe me once you are inside , you may experience a well spacious corridor and room. The room is no less than any 4 or 5 star hotel. The front office staff is very courteous, housekeeping staff like *rido ( I don't remember the first name) , all service staff (amti) mr.punti singh of seven are an asset to the hotel. Their linen is always clean , bed is way comfortable. Congratulations to owner for keeping the efficient staff and standards so high.

We are going to attend 1st Nagaland open rating chess tournament at dimapur Don Bosco school from 24/25 April 2025.me and my son with one of his classmates family along with us. We staying hotel Acacia on 23April, 25.The front receptionist ventitholu Tetsi and her cologue welcome us. The room and restaurant is good. Food is hygenic. We left Hotel on 25 April. Actually our back journey train time is at 8.45.The front desk Receptionist ventitholu and her collegue staying in lobby about 7hrs,offering cucumber and water. I give the owner look after wi. I was there for a night. I chose to stay in a non-ac room (twin bed). Here's what I loved- *Early check-in request accepted. *Hassle-free check in. *Budget friendly rooms. *Cleanliness. *Great food, affordable prices. *The hotel is located near the Railway station. *Super friendly staff. Overall experience was great. However, this would have been a 5star review if there was a dental kit in the bathroom. Apart from this, I loved my stay. No complaints.

Very bad service...They did scam with us...They informed us about complimentary breakfast but charged us an amount of 800 while checking out....The water in washrooms were not available early morning...plus the room service was pathetic
