today was my first day at dumbells and scissors. i would recommend everyone to enroll if you are looking to stay fit or craft your body. the gym facilitates all the modern sofisticated equipments. from my previous experiences at other gyms the trainors here at dumbells n scissors are well disciplined and professional which i would say so far the best in Dimapur. 5 stars to Mr. Tarun (head trainor)
