Its the best gym in aizawl especially for athlete and also has Mr.B the best trainer in town and specialize in plyometrics, isometric and biometric and none like him in Aizawl and also a great friend and Mrs.Pari is the best women trainer in aizol and also the fittest and the srongest women in Mizoram. The trainers are the best in the business.

A gym with amazing instructors, all the equipment and it's super clean.

Undoubtedly best gym of Aizawl. Located in a small gali, one could hardly notice even if you are passing by walking. But, as you enter inside you will know what you have came for. All gym equipments are available, from treadmills, bicycles, lat machines, squat machine, triceps-biceps machines (they have 2 of them), bench press, leg press, barbell & dumbell racks, 3-4 flat bench, kettlebells of different weights, hamstring, quadriceps bench, and the one for cables.
