An excellent yoga class; conducted by the very energetic and charismatic Mrs. Sagrika, who despite age, looks and carries herself as a young and energetic lady, probably due to yoga, a field in which she is without doubt an expert; is a charming and elegant place to rejuvenate the mind and soul.
