A wonderful place to begin one's fitness journey. The ambience is soothing, the instructors are helpful and friendly, love the discipline they encourage at the gym to follow in regards to routines which is systematic. Above all else it is the most budget friendly gym you'll ever get in the area.

Awesome gym especially for students as fees are priced reasonably. Trainer/trainee communication is also excellent. If you want a Bang for your Buck this is the place to come to.

In shillong most affordable gym....with all necessary equipments....for ladies separate room is there....most importantly coach/owner is free and frank and v.humble always there in the gym to train members of the gym
