Decent equipment, but the staff and management are a huge letdown. The front desk staff was also very unwelcoming. The facilities themselves are okay, but the poor management makes this a place I cannot recommend. Save your money and find a gym where the management actually cares about its members. My friend recieved an incorrect charge and trying to get this resolved has been an absolute nightmare. The front desk staff was unhelpful and seemed untrained in handling billing issues.

I visited this gym today, hoping to pay for just a single-day workout since I'm here only for 15 days. However, they refused to allow one-day access and insisted on a monthly membership. That was still fine with me -- but what shocked me was when the staff said I had to do a blood test, HIV test, and other medical checks before joining. When I asked why such tests were needed just to take admission, the gentleman simply said he was following the owner's rules. He even made an insensitive remark, saying I could "spread HIV," which was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. Gyms around the world and even across Shillong don't follow such discriminatory practices. One day of workout doesn't harm anyone. .Being cautious is fine, but linking HIV with general gym admission shows a lack of understanding. Fitness spaces should promote health and inclusion, not fear or stigma. Education truly makes a difference. Anyways Gym is well maintained as it should and spacious!!
