The karate program for kids is wonderful, the instructors make it so enjoyable and fun for the little ones. good couch.

My karate class is very good it teaches us exercise in that we are doing neck rotation, leg rotation, alternate toe touch, alternate hand rotation, grip rotation,waist rotation and much more and we are doing basic , kihon, kata, running, and stretch too I love my karate class
