So many children said that yoga is very boring. But we don't think so ;whereas it is very beautiful thing we learnt after joining SA yoga. We eagerly waiting for class time. It was a very good experience for me,and everyone in yoga centre, nice and friendly,I made lots of friends during my class.I never did yoga before,after a week I was feeling much more confident after the regular mediation session conducted. Else where staff is well trained and mannered. Great place for kids and elderly people too.....
