I visited this gym in 2022, and I must say it's the best gym I've ever been to. The trainers and their professionalism make this gym truly outstanding. I've since moved to Pune and currently work out at Cult.fit (Gold's Gym), but believe me, Cult.fit doesn't compare to Muscle Engineer when it comes to the quality of trainers and workout plans. I really miss this gym.

I have been to several gyms but I can say that hands down this is the best gym among those. The equiments are decent, the place is hygenic but the best part -the trainers there. These guys are true professionals and they will pay attention to your workouts and make sure to stand right behind you to spot/support. It is not just not one or two of them, all the trainers have the same professional attitude.

By far the best, professional gym in Virar. If you're looking for professional, hygienic & well managed gym this is the place. There's adequate amount of space with multiple equipments for various exercises combined that with sufficient lighting makes it great place to work out. If you have any injuries, or physical issues that may cause you any discomfort/pain, they make sure that you get best possible exercise by a small session with their certified physician. One of the best thing about this gym is their trainers. They kept an eye on you even if they're training/helping someone else - making sure that one's doing their exercises properly. Steam facility is also available here (closed due to COVID). Changing rooms are kept clean all the time. There's a cleaning crew that cleans equipment, and other spaces as well. Membership fee is bit on costlier side, though it is worth for what you get. Highly recommended!
