This is one of the Best Gym in Virar, Trainers are very cooperative and helpful. Cheerful environment. Big floor and well equipped. But Ac not working proper, atlist this Summer season time 3 pm to 5 pm

Best and the oldest gym in virar, located in the center of the city. It is equipped with all sorts of gym training machines and a separate boxing and calisthenics workout area. The trainers are well qualified and help you out in every aspect of your workout. If you are a beginner there is a separate routine to be followed for the workout with guidance provided by the trainers for training each and every muscle.

Gym is good and comfortable even the equipments are good but they don't put on the AC in afternoon even if we ask them to do so I felt suffocated and it's not good.
