Visit at Your Own Risk I recently visited this gym located in Nalasopara West with my wife, as it is a unisex facility. However, my overall experience was disappointing and unprofessional. At the reception, the receptionist-cum-trainer started asking unnecessary personal questions such as where I work and since how long i am staying here what is my profession etc.-- which felt inappropriate and unrelated to a gym inquiry. Initially, I was offered a monthly package of 2,000, but they immediately reduced it to 1,000 claiming it was a limited "on-the-spot joining" offer. Based on that, I opted for a 3-month plan for myself and 1-month for my wife, for which I was charged a total of 4,750 after paying an advance of 750. Due to some personal issues, I later requested to modify the plan within 4 days as my wife was no longer interested, and I wanted to start with a single month instead. However, the manager refused to adjust or refund any amount and insisted that I take a new plan for 1,500, without considering the advance already paid. I had no choice but to forgo the 750 advance and decided not to join the gym at all due to their rigid and uncooperative behavior. My observations from the visit: Equipments are old and rusted. No electronic equipment like treadmills is available. Unprofessional behavior from staff and management. Misleading discounts used to lure customers. Overall, I would not recommend this gym. Be cautious before committing or making any advance payments.
