A good place to workout if you are looking to achieve your fitness goals. Lovely atmosphere. Filled with motivated individuals who are looking to change for the better. Trainers are helpful and interact actively. Great affordable gym with all modern equipment's good communication good quality Would strongly recommend.Spacious and well maintained gym. Best equipment's. Trainers are helpful and assist you with the weekly routine to get you going. Regardless if you are in PT with them or not, they correct you if u are exercising or lifting weights the wrong way.

This gym used to be the best in the area. Been at it for the last 3 years. The management has gone worse over time. The machines are not maintained properly, toilets are not hygenic enough for female clients, The machines have been broken for months. No response from management about the update on repairs. They keep giving stupid excuses. So many machines have parts missing. I recommended this gym to so many people in the last years but i won't anymore. Infact even I'm not gonna renew my membership now.

EXCELLENT EQUIPMENT. EXCEPTIONAL TRAINERS. GREAT VIBE. Hands down, best results under expert guidance of exceptional trainers. I workout 5-6 days a week & workout plan is led by trainers in such a way that no workout is repeated in a given week. The friendly, motivating & encouraging trainers along with inspiring fellow members create a great vibe making you go to workout everyday. Here more focus is given on correct way of doing any workout, which is very important. I would recommend Shape N Size to anyone who is looking to set a fitness goal & really willing to achieve it.

Decent gym. Plenty of space for all sort of exercise like machines, free weights, open space for floor exercises and Ropes for functional training. No massage/spa service. Also no lockers. Changing room and washroom are unisex as well. Hence deducted one star.

Since 6 months working out here .. the gym is excellent everything is good and there are all kind of equipment's. All the trainers are super nice to talk with you and take interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. All the things are very well organised and special part of this gym which I liked the most is they have separate CrossFit and cardio section and the trainers they will train you to be the best version of yourself.

Dirtiest Gym with absolute no care & maintenance ever experienced so far. Badly requires regular Dusting, cleaning, sanitising & in house maintenance of premises & machines as well. Will be in dire straits soon if not taken care.

Absolutely spacious gym and trainers especially Manish Yadav is one gem of a person and very grounded personality. One who really looking out for a health as a lifestyle or passion and lives in Ulhasnagar city or near by premises must pay a visit to see the level they set up for a gym in this town.
