This Vitality gym is very nice, excellent gym. I personally loved a lot, loved very much this gym. The gym's staff are also very friendly, helping nature and also always very supportive. They guide in each and every workout and show us correct form of doing workout. Here machines are also very much awesome, nice, mind blowing. All staff of gym having home like nature. Gym trainer provide us knowledge, teach us correct form of doing workout, i personally appreciate to all gym staff and gym trainers for their work.

Loud Music, Poor Response - Not Customer-Centric
I've been coming to this gym for over 1.5 years, and while I've tried to stay patient, the loud music has become unbearable. It's not just loud--it's distracting. Even with headphones on full volume, I can't hear my own music. Despite repeated requests, the trainers don't reduce the volume or even acknowledge the complaints. It honestly feels like the music is played more for their own enjoyment than for the members' comfort. I'm not alone in feeling this way--several other members have raised the same issue, but nothing changes. It's disappointing that member experience seems to come second here.
