It definitely is one of the best places to increase your strength, stamina, endurance and become a fitter version of yourself (provided you workout regularly and seriously :p). I can vouch for myself and my strength and stamina has become so so so much better. Also, the energy that Anil sir carries is awesome but you will have to be proactive and ask questions to get more out of it and understand what you are doing and why you are doing it. Also, it is so much economical and light on pocket compared to gym. I like it how you can work on your strength without machines but just by body weight. From my end, I would suggest, it's 100% value for money - in fact more than :) Happy being fit and working out. Just ensure your form is correct and know your body limits. Let them know if you cant do it anymore and check with them if your form is proper.
