Not very helpful. I would have joined the gym.
Gym was nice but when I asked can I come one day extra in morning for cardio.
Because I can't do cardio after weight lifting. The guy in reception said no.
I was going for weight lifting for 5 days of week max or sometimes 4 days.
And wanted cardio for 3 days in the morning. I was just asking 1 day extra for cardio.
Sometimes..
Even I told him. I will come just 4 months.and I was paying for money for 6 month.
I lived in Hyderabad went many gym. Never had that kind of experience in my life.
I mean gym is nice. I liked it.

Someone stole my jacket and other belongings within a week of joining the gym.
Gym management didn't take any responsibility and didn't even provide a locker.

What I really love about this gym management is that they are really open about the clients feedback/suggestions and necessary action is taken by them on war footing basis. The gym environment is really good. Expecting great service from them.

Hi, I wanted to give a feedback and I have posted this on Google as well. I have sustained a big burn injury on my lower leg during the steam session. I have informed this to Jaya madam and even sent a photo to her. This is the worst kind of experience I ever had and poor maintenance service with complete negligence. The staff is also not professional or qualified especially the ones who do the massage. A strict action needs to be taken and I need compensation.
