Well equipped gym with machines for all muscle groups and with good number of plates and dumbbells, dumbbells weighing up to 50-60kgs. Good number of qualified trainers to help you throughout your workout journey.

The gym is recently shifted to new location, looks very good, machines are good and well maintained. Trainers are good, crowd is decent.

I recently had the opportunity to join Krunch Fitness for a 10-day fitness program, and I must say it was an excellent experience. From the moment I stepped into the gym, I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff. Facilities and Equipment: The gym is well-equipped. They have a positive and motivating environment for workouts. Personal Trainer: Durgesh Sir, my personal trainer, deserves special mention. His dedication and passion for fitness are truly commendable. He tailored my workouts to my specific needs and pushed me to achieve my goals. His guidance and encouragement made a significant difference in my progress. Staff and Atmosphere: The entire staff at Krunch Fitness is welcoming and supportive. They create a friendly atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, you'll find the encouragement you need to stay motivated. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness journey.

Best Experience i had till date no issues regarding the equipment at all the trainers are very kind the gym is always clean

One of the best gyms I've ever worked out in Thane. The crowd is clean and always motivating. Trainers are well qualified and always ready to help. The equipments are sturdy and if damaged, gym repairs them as soon as possible. I'll always recommend this gym as I've grown a lot here, physically and mentally

I've been training at Krunch Fitness for the past few months, and it's honestly been a game-changer. The trainers are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable--they tailor workouts to my goals and push me just enough to keep improving.

I have been working out here for the last 4 months and I can definitely say that this is a well equipped and well maintained gym. Vishal is the personal trainer that I work with and he is very committed to my fitness goals. The General trainer (Raj) is always on his toes to help out everyone. Overall it is a great gym.

The equipments are well-maintained, and the trainers are always there to guide you with proper workouts and diet.
