It's been a satisfying 4 months of training and I have no regrets in opting for a personal trainer who has helped me improve my body dynamics. Sujit Gundge has been a great support and mentor for me during this last 4 months. Sujit has also been good enough to accommodate any change in training days and cover them the following day per availability. I got into knee pain at the start of my training days but Sujit has been very supportive and have motivated me for not stopping this journey and continue with minimal weights for some days until I got recovered. T Rex gym is has everything like good facilities and General trainers (in case you don't opt for PT) one needs to exercise and get going. Thank you Sujit and T rex management..keep it going you guys are doing a fantastic job.

Did personal training for little over a year here. I trained under Sujith Gadge who was unprofessional, rude and inefficient. Most days he was decent at training and I saw desired changes in my body but had an unprofessional attitude. He would sleep off and not show up for sessions sometimes, would come 30-35 mins late often and he would also train 3-4 clients at the same time paying little to no attention to my workout - all this while I had for 1:1 personal training sessions. He would not be attentive to my form, which resulted in a wrist injury that has still not recovered since almost a year. For the gym - Equipments are ok, better for people who are more experienced with gymming and equipments.

This is by far the best gym I've experienced. The atmosphere is incredibly positive and energetic, making it a great place to train. The trainers are highly qualified professionals who are also very friendly and supportive. The equipment is well-maintained, and the changing rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. It's the perfect environment to begin your fitness journey.
