Need to maintain the equipment asap.not cleanliness Ac's not working Owner need to maintain the gym...

Gym is good only for women's, as trainers are more focused towards helping women's..I had taken membership for a year based on the promises made during 1st visit. Within a month 1st trainer left the gym and later on we were never asked by any trainer about what exercise we are doing and what are the schedule or how should we do the repeats.... I request kaustubh sir..to kindly look after the trainers and ask them to train everyone (promise which you made during admission)..now we do not feel motivated to visit gym(as there is no interaction from trainers side towards gym member).. For women's ,. I can say it's good as trainers are more eager to help them throughout the gym timing..but for boys who are new it's waste of money..(in a year we have never been asked by any trainer about our schedule and finally got call when our membership is about to expire..) Please have professionalism have work towards what you promise..I hope the owner will look after this.

The trainers at Reps & Sets are professional & I would highly recommend to all. Nice gym - a lot of space and brand new machines. Staff is also approachable and helpful especially the owner of the Gym.

Worst gym ever The gym stinks No ventilation The foam on the forearm machine and some other machines is busted Stickers are not there on most weights Leg extension doesn't work The changing room has garbage laying around

My Membership is of 1 year. Due to covid, I have last six months of membership. Now Gym owner says renew for 1 year and then I will give 3 months free membership. If I have left 6 months left why should I pay for additional 1 year. We are also affected due to covid we don't recover our losses from someone else. This is totally fraud by management. I have also inquired that No other Gym is doing that. Then you are doing such unprofessional behavior. Going to file official complaint about this.
