Decode Fitness has honestly been one of the worst gym experiences I've ever had. The AC hasn't worked in weeks, and working out in that kind of heat is just unbearable. On top of that, the gym smells horrible all the time -- it's like no one ever bothers to clean properly. Most of the equipment feels unsafe, especially the dumbbells which are loose and poorly maintained. What's even more frustrating is the attitude of the management. They're rude, completely unresponsive to feedback, and clearly don't care about the members or the state of the gym. It's honestly disappointing, especially for the price they charge. I regret signing up -- would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Most of the equipment is poorly maintained -- many dumbbells are loose and feel unsafe to use. Worst of all, the management is completely negligent and downright rude when approached with feedback. Save your money and find a gym that actually cares about its members.

I told the 5 different people including. Reception desk to change foot slipper for toilet use bcoz sleeper is slippery which any individual can fall down from toilet inside or outside toilet steps But they show attitude and not ready to change They don't want to bring even 100 rs no skid foot wear for use toilet They don't worry about their client safety Bed management Bed attitude staff I quit member ship and do not join fitness

I've been a member of this gym for several months now, and overall, I'm really happy with my experience. The facilities are top-notch--plenty of cardio machines, a wide variety of free weights, and multiple areas for strength training and functional workouts. The locker rooms are clean and well-maintained, and I never have trouble finding equipment even during peak hours. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to offer advice or assist with equipment. I've also tried a few of their group fitness classes, and they're fantastic. The instructors are motivating and know their stuff. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that occasionally the gym gets a bit crowded, especially in the evenings, which can make it hard to get in a quick workout. A few more machines or some expansion could help alleviate this. That said, it's still one of the best gyms I've been to, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid workout spot.
