The gym has good infrastructure and a helpful team but a disappointing air con/ventilation.
A special shoutout to Mr. Kastur-the manager, who is always prompt in resolving issues and genuinely attentive to members concerns.
His promptness makes a big difference. However, a gentle reminder to fellow members, basic civic sense goes a long way in keeping the space clean and respectful for everyone. Lets all do our part to maintain a good environment the staff works hard to provide.
My suggestion to the management is to conduct orientation session with new and existing members.

Extremely Disappointed with the Management and Service
I had a very unpleasant experience with both the receptionist and the manager. Their attitude was arrogant and dismissive. I was initially offered a 13-month membership at a specific rate, but when I went to join, the price had suddenly increased without any prior notice. When I tried to discuss this, the manager showed no willingness to communicate and came across as extremely arrogant.
In my opinion, the gym is not worth the price they're charging--there are many other gyms offering better facilities and more respectful service at the same or even lower prices.
With this kind of management in place, I would never consider joining. I strongly urge the owner to step in and take corrective action. The current management is damaging the reputation and potential of the business.

It's a great place to workout, although it's in a basement however, it's well lit and well equipped, with a weight training, cardio and crossfit area. They also have weekly zumba and yoga classes.
The current manager - Mr. Kastur is doing a great job with addressing reported issues and concerns promptly.
The trainers are alright, need to be more attentive, however, I have seen some improvements over the past few months.
I would recommend the staff to have a sanitary station and room freshner inside the gym for SOME members who do not have basic sense of cleanliness and personal and public hygiene and roam around like wild animals.
The gym is good otherwise!
