Hi, my name is Rajesh bera and I have honest review about my gym,,, 1life gym has been awesome to me. My trainers Mr. Rohit is good , the overall vibe is great and I have had gain almost 20kg in span of 1year from 51kg to 70kg the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. my body physics improved I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It's great! Excellent personal training. Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Small and private gym that feels more personal. Highly recommended!

My first experience with 1Life Gym was very good. I joined 1Life Gym 6 weeks back. I train here about 5-6 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. Excellent personal training. My trainer Mr. Chetan who really care and go above and beyond to help achieve my goals. 1Life Gym that feels more personal. Highly recommended!

I'm a 1st time gym goer (which I made sure to let the staff/trainers know on day 1), I took the membership because it was referred by a friend. During sign up I was asked to carry shoes in a bag which I do. Today I was randomly denied gym services because I wore a causal everyday shirt, when questioned why was it not mentioned beforehand or why is it not posted anywhere I get no clear answer. I hope gym becomes more 1st time user friendly but I wont risk burning my fingers again.

I have been working out for last 4-5 yrs and this is one of the best Gyms I have been part of. Trainers are very helpful. The equipment is new and very good. The gym regularly sanitize the place before people come in. The gym has great cross fit equipments and area for cross fit enthusiasts. Overall very good gym and at a great price

Was looking for a good gym near my location and fortunately found this Gym. Surprisingly, the gym found to be perfect for me as I have tried number of gyms which were way bigger than this but the atmosphere was not at par. Trainers are really good and will help you at any cost. Same goes to other staff where they look forward towards customer satisfaction and that's their main priority. Overall great workplace !!

I stopped going to this gym when a Trainer told me that he cannot help me in stretching, and that I need to book a paid massage slot for it. The very next moment the trainer started helping a woman. Never will visit this place again.

This gym is fully equipped. All equipment is in great condition. It's spacious, well placed, airy and clean. All instructors are warm and cooperative. Everything is well managed. It's religiously sanitized every hour since it's reopening post COVID lockdown. I've been a member for the last 2 years and I can't find a better overall package in the vicinity. Their rates are also very reasonable. I can't think of any reason why NOT to give it a 5-star rating. Kudos to the 1-Life Team
