PG Gym & Fitness Centre

Very confusing PT charges they have male trainer taking 5k and female trainer is approaching to take PT for 2k, Result obviously male trainer is giving n female trainer jst taking money n not teaching.

The gym is good. Staff is also friendly I was guided by sam sir and shaam sir they were polite and gave proper attention to every members.my fitness level has also improved since I joined. There are also activities like yoga and functional which are fun.overall it's a good place.

Worst gym ever. The trainer's job is only to switch the AC on and off. They always keep the AC off and force people to work out in very hot temperatures as it creates a lot of sweaty smell in the room.

I would say it's a good gym allover but there is room for improvements. When you apply for a membership the steam room is included by default, there is no option other than taking it and paying the extra amount. This gym got all required equipments for weight training but not enough for everyone. You normally have to wait for your turn at the machine. This is ofcourse not their fault but just lack of enough space. The cardio and steam rooms are excellent compared to other gyms in the region. Trainers know their stuff which is good enough for me. This gym has a dietician as well.

If motivation, progress, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a PT, then Sahil is the man for you! He has a very professional approach and I highly recommend. The amount of changes I've seen in my body both muscle definition as well as the progress I've made being able to do each of the workouts... It's remarkable!
