Avoid This Gym at All Costs - Worst Experience Ever! If I could give this gym zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst fitness facility I have ever stepped foot in. I recently had an eye-opening experience with the gym owner that left me deeply disappointed. Instead of addressing customer concerns with respect and professionalism, the owner was shockingly rude and dismissive. This pattern of behavior isn't isolated. Multiple members have experienced the owner's lack of courtesy and disregard for basic customer service. Instead of fostering a supportive community, the owner consistently treats members with disdain, making the gym environment stressful and uninviting. The gym owner scolded me for wearing a collar t-shirt instead of a round one, and I responded that I didn't see the issue. He then told me I wasn't a special person at the gym and proceeded to lecture me about not having good manners or values. First a fall the gym owner not have Sanskar's that how to speak to there gym member..we are not your dogie that will listen your disrespect every time we also have self-respect. If you value respectful treatment and professionalism, I strongly advise you to consider other fitness facilities where customer care is a priority. A gym should be a place of motivation and encouragement--not one where you feel undervalued and dismissed. Worst Gym Worst Owner
