I have a long time experience in Fitness with Rohan as a personal trainer who trains with weight training, cardio, proper diet chart, etc.. He is really an awesome trainer, very hard working, punctual and well educated in the field of physical training. He always supports and encourages properly so that we can put all our efforts in a particular exercise. I have shed 8-10kgs in 5 months under his guidance. I really feel very light and active throughout the day after the morning exercise session. His ways of training and giving streching sessions after the training is incredible which keeps you relax all the time and decreases all the pain.
